TestFlight 4+

I love this app! Since we are an Apple/Android family I was thrilled to find an app that was compatible with both devices It’s not only nice to see how far apart we are when I’m on my way to meet my daughter, this app is also helpful. I was in a car wreck where my car went over a guardrail and down an embankment. I called my husband, he asked “Where are you?!” and I went blank. I knew the 2 cities I was between but nothing more. He showed up on scene, in his slippers, just a few minutes later. He checked Life360 and was able to map straight to our location. Everyone was fine, and it was wonderful to have my husband there with us so quickly. Another time we received a call that my elderly father-in-law was being transported to the hospital. We were over an hour away and there are several hospitals he could’ve been taken to. The EMT didn’t say! Thankfully we have Life360 on his phone, too, and we were able to see where he went. I have a bunch more examples but I’ll stop because if you’re not convinced by now you’re a silly goose. GET THIS APP! It brings such peace of mind.

The only reason I have for using TestFlight right now is the iOS app Clear, which I have been using for years because it is for my purposes by far the best list-keeping app on the market. Clear was sold a year or so ago to a new company who put it into development but made it available (in a limited form) in beta. TestFlight reliably renews my access to the beta release every 90 days. One day, I hope, the present owners of Clear will release a stable, multi-platform version of the app. Until then, my thanks to TestFlight.

Since I myself am 12, I’m not able to tell how this works, due to the fact that you have to be 13 or up to use it. However, I have seen videos and this app has great uses. For example, with all the hype new games have, the beta access features are really great to take a peek behind the curtains and see some things. I think this can be used in many different ways, but if I’m being perfectly honest, this is more of a message than a review. Please, please, PLEASE change the age restriction down! Now of course, it doesn’t need to be so low because of content that may be in there, but for me on apple, I can’t change my age. The only way you can do it is when you ARE 13! I just want to get the camera cosmetics in Yeeps hide and seek on the metaquest, and I don’t really wish to wait another year. So please make it between 10-12 of age limit :(
